Yes. Each Interlock Retie includes one Loc Seeds product of your choice: our All-Purpose Loc Oil for scalp nourishment and shine, or the Hydration Treatment to restore moisture and flexibility. Tell your stylist which you prefer before service starts.
Not recommended. This service is not appropriate for microlocs because interlocking can stress small, immature locs. For microlocs, consult us for a specialized maintenance plan or gentle palm-rolling and tailored retie options to preserve integrity.
Frequency depends on hair growth rate and desired neatness. Most clients return every four to eight weeks for reties; interlocking can extend that window by securing new growth. Your technician will recommend ideal timing based on density, length, and curl pattern.
Interlocking secures new growth without cutting length; however, locs can tighten slightly and appear neater or slightly shorter as roots are pulled in. The overall length remains, and your stylist will control tension to preserve desired size and appearance.
If your appointment runs past three hours, hourly billing begins at $150 per hour. We prorate by the minute for accuracy and will inform you before charging. Extra time may be necessary for dense, long, or heavily neglected locs to ensure quality and safety.
