A Traditional Retwist service helps train your locs to grow in a cylindrical rotation using the comb coil method. We also incorporate techniques like locksmithing and the wrap method if needed. Plan for about 115 minutes for shoulder-length locs.
A Crochet Retwist can take up to 240 minutes, depending on your hair type and new growth. This service is suitable for those with loose, finer, or Caucasian textured hair, and it instantly locks hair at the root.
Wick Maintenance focuses on thicker or wicked locs that need crocheting at the roots. This service is billed hourly, and you can choose between our All-Purpose Loc Oil or Hydration Treatment. Plan for about 60 minutes.
There's no special preparation needed for your appointment at Loc Seeds. Just arrive with clean hair, and we'll handle the rest during your service.
During a Loc Maintenance Consultation, you'll receive personalized advice and maintenance tips to care for your locs between appointments. This service takes about 60 minutes.

The Sip & Drip Treatment lasts about 60 minutes. It's a great way to indulge in some self-care while taking care of your locs.
The Interlock Retie service allows new growth to be permanently locked into your locs, extending the time between maintenance. This service takes about 170 minutes and includes a choice of our All-Purpose Loc Oil or Hydration Treatment.
If you have more than an inch of new growth, you may incur an upcharge at the loctician's discretion. For services exceeding 4 hours, you’ll be billed at our hourly rate of $150/hr.
Yes, the Traditional Retwist service is available for various lengths, including shoulder, mid-back, waist, and ear lengths. Each length has a designated duration, ranging from 90 to 180 minutes.
